Community Liaison
The Community Liaison greets clients by phone or in person, and provides information and guided referrals for a range of resources. The Community Liaison works collaboratively with UVFC staff, school personnel, partner organizations, and service providers to address community needs. They are the first person clients come into contact with at the Center. It is the Community Liaison’s responsibility to help families feel comfortable, listen and assess needs, and provide clients with information and assistance. They also manage the overall operations of the Center. The Community Liaison also supports activities in UVFC’s Economic Success and Family Health and Wellness Programs.

Senior Services Case Manager
The Senior Services Case Manager ensures that isolated older adults have access to resources and social services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with older adults, uses creativity in planning workshops and doing outreach, and is service-oriented and strength-based. If you want to be an essential part of building a sustainable network of care and support for upvalley older adults, this position is for you.

Youth Program Wellness Coach I, CLAR@
The Youth Program Wellness Coach supports the well-being of youth through individual and group services and coordination of prevention and early intervention activities. The Wellness Coach leads a weekly mentoring group called CLARO/CLARA (Challenging Latinos or Latinas to Access Resources and Opportunities) for adolescent boys or girls in middle and high school, and works in alignment with the other staff in the program. The role engages and supports children and youth through cultural, linguistic, and age-appropriate services, with the ability to refer and link to higher levels of care, as needed.
