A Donor-Advised Fund allows you to give when you can, and grant when it’s needed. It allows you to make a charitable contribution to your fund, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from your fund over time. You can contribute to your fund as frequently as you like, and recommend grants at any time that feels right.

UpValley Family Centers gladly accepts grants made through Donor-Advised Funds. Like any donation, your grant can be designated to be used wherever the need is greatest, or for specific program areas that you choose to support.

Clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and BNY Mellon can easily make a designation through the DAF Direct window to the right. Clients with a Donor-Advised Fund at one of the Community Foundations in our region can click on the relevant link to be taken to their donor portals.
