VITA Program Associate

The VITA Program Associate supports our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.  The Associate helps manage trained community volunteers and works closely with site managers to offer free income tax preparation services.  The Associate will receive training and become IRS certified. They will help volunteers, answer client questions, provide quality assurance for the VITA program, and directly serve clients (interview, tax preparation and quality review). The Program Associate reports to the Economic Success Program Coordinator.  The schedule for this position will be Tuesday-Friday 12:30-9pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5pm. Youth Diversion Coordinator

The Youth Diversion Coordinator will work closely with local law enforcement, school officials and associated agencies to facilitate the Youth Diversion Program, as an alternative to youth being processed into the juvenile court and probation system. The Youth Diversion Coordinator conducts, coordinates, and oversees the youth’s participation in the Juvenile Diversion Program, which involves, but is not limited to counseling, education, 40 hours of community service, consequences (i.e. restitution to victims), behavior modification, and positive activities and lifestyle choices in lieu of being processed directly into the court system. Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant independently completes general accounting tasks to a high degree of accuracy and according to our standard operating procedures. Assists the Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports to different stakeholders, and invoices. Reports to the Finance and Operations Director.
